We are a registered TVET institution and accredited NITA Trade Test Centre operating as a social enterprise. Our mission is to equip women and youth with market-driven, competency-based training that leads directly to employment or entrepreneurship.
We bring industry into the training room—working closely with employers and sector leaders to co-create programs that reflect current market needs. ,at our core, we believe skills should serve the real world. This ensures our graduates are not just certified, but truly job-ready.
Our approach goes beyond technical skills. Every program integrates financial literacy, digital marketing, and life skills, giving learners the tools they need to build sustainable livelihoods and independent futures.
