In just the past year, Nale Technical College has trained over 100 youth, with more than 98% being young women—a reflection of our commitment to unlocking potential where it’s needed most.

This success has been made possible through strategic partnerships with local and international NGOs who share our vision of creating pathways to employment and entrepreneurship. Together, we have turned skills training into a launchpad for lasting change.

These aren’t just numbers. Behind each trainee is a story of transformation.

Through our competency-based, industry-aligned programs, learners have gained hands-on skills in fields such as hairdressing, beauty therapy, nail technology. We don’t stop at certification — we equip every trainee with life skills, financial literacy, and digital marketing, so they graduate ready to thrive in today’s economy.

The results speak for themselves:

• A majority of our graduates are now gainfully employed, contributing to their households and local economies.
• Several alumni have launched their own small businesses, turning skills into sustainable income.
• For some high-potential graduates, and with support from our partners, we provided startup toolkits—a small push that made a big difference.

Our model works because we bring industry into the training room. We listen to employers, we adapt fast, and we train with purpose.

We’re not just building skills — we’re building confidence, livelihoods, and independence. With continued collaboration from mission-aligned NGOs and partners, we can scale our impact and reach even more underserved youth—ensuring that opportunity is not a privilege, but a path open to all.
